That's harsh, the worst i've done to a mate recently was  And that was only for revenge too, as he poured ketchup on my head when i was drunk last week.
We need more ideas of things to do i reckon. Shaving his head wouldn't piss him off at all though, he'd probbly appreciate it

also my mate bic'd the top of his head
it serves him right for trying to show off when drunk. he only did it for attention & he looks a cunt now for it
