Can anyone recommend any good ways to promote a business website? Whether it is online or offline via leaflets etc etc.

Depends whether you want to promote it online of offline. Leaflets would be a good idea .

Whats the website? You will have to work out your target audience and then take it from there. A poster in a school would be a good idea to promote a sports website where as putting eaflets under car wipers in a shopping centre would be a good idea if you had a clothes web site

Or you can pay for the infinitely better exposure with the banner adverts at the top of every page...
