Heard on the radio that it is estimated that everyones premium will go up by 50p to pay for the compensation claims for the rail crash victims. Dont get me wrong, I dont have a problem with paying this if it helps them and their families, I would even pay more. the reason I have beef with this is because the prick who drove his car onto the track did not have any insurance. so the british public are picking up the bill for his act of selfishness, nice huh?

Stupid fcuker should have jumped under his own car instead of taking 6 people with him like he did. Why should our insurance pay for this? They should sue the guy's family!

This doesnt matter IMO, if you have to do it do it, but theres NO excuse for causing the deaths and suffering of innocent people on your way out..

If you had a crash in your car and for some reason your insurance company woulnt pay out are you saying then that your family should be made to suffer because of that?

no of course not, thus y i deleted the rest of your post in the quote, i just dont think that that part has any relevance at all....

of course his family shud not be liable, that would be stupid they probably didnt even know, but no problem give him the right to do wat he did
