There was some programme on about dodgy housing estates in London and somewhere in Scotland (outside Glasgow I think?)
They showed these muppets in the Scottish "schemes" who would fight each other every friday and saturday night with clubs/knives/glass bottles etc., rival gangs that had a main road seperating their tower blocks and that, and when the BBC guy asked some of them why they do this they say because they're bored, and that their parents used to do it so they have to as well! They even filmed some adult onlookers from their balconies cheering them on etc.! 
Inbred fools!

By the way, I only caught the last 10 minutes of the programme, but they were in Scotland when I was watching it, dunno what happened in Lewisham or wherever it was...
