Do any of you get an xmas bonus, if you do apprix how much do you get?

I started working for my current company since september and have been told that my bonus is pro rata'd so it wont be much

apparently bonus here ranges on £100 - £1500 depending on how hard you work....

not a sasuage for the last two years. poo all for pay rise.

few years ago its was 1.5k. but the last one was 250 notes

I worked my a company for 2months, got £1000 bonus But i was on shit wages at the time! Now i get shit bonus and shit wages so its always shit

don't get crimbo bonuses, although we get end of year bonuses in March usually min of £1000.

Had a chat with me boss the other day and it is felt that i have improved over 95% compaired to this point last year and have been ranked above my peers.

hopefully i'll get a pay rise and bonus in march

Depends on how well the store does @ Dixons.

If you're the top store over "peak" you get up to a grand for full timers, and a chioice of holiday. Something like that, as well as normal monthly comps they have.

Also the commision chances is damn good over Xmas, that's the idea anyway, so should get a few quid hopefully (even tho i'm part time)

depends on what the store makes in whole at asda. and if the company meets targets also

usually get about £250 for full timers and £300+ for super bonus which is 120% above plan or greater. also get plenty of comps throughout the rest of the year with some good incentives
