My bestest friend had her hair done by a friend and its gone kinda yellowy/ginger rather than blonde, she was originally a darkish brown, she used a blonde highlighting kit....
now should she re-dye over in a lightbrown/blonde
go brown
go to the hairdressers and get them to do it

if she read the box its more then likely to have said not to use on dark brown hair 
go to the hair dressers, or make it worse
