my gf's havin probs with her bt voyager modem the adsl light wont stay on to connect and often the line drops

its with aol.. any1 know what the prob is?? bt? the modem? aol? seems to be a common fault

Uninstall AOL and sign up to a real ISP who know what they are doing.

used to happen on my voyager 100...

was a fcuked microfilter - they sent me about a dozen & a new modem too

sorted out the problem!
