Hiya guys getting car flatterned and relaquered near chrismas time....
was thinking of going for a gold pearl laquer about 10% of gold in the laquer how you think it will come out with the flakes bear in mind fake colour is a green bluey
also is the % gold too much or just right or shud i go for 5% as i dont want to colour the flakes??
or can any1 recommend me any other colour? and does £200 sound rite? i buy the laquer! how much litres would i need for whole car and inside door 1litre?? and how much does it cost??

Get a sample done to see what it will look like... I don't think it will look nice though. It will be more that £200 too. No point in you buying th laquer because the bodyshop will get it cheaper. You will need about 3-5 litres of the pearl depending on the effect you go for.

@1800ed spoke 2 rich @ midas styling nice bloke makeing me a 1 off corsa c bonnet!! he said gold laquer would be different!! and said i would need about 1/2 to 1 litre of it........
can i just walk into a paint shop take my pot of flakes and ask them to try different laquers for me???
also you know how much laquer costs
