Get them up to a daft price, at least then he'll get charged more final value fee.
Saying that he doesn't want your item is a stupid thing to say though, blatently says 'I bid because I'm dumb'.
Best one I ever saw was neg saying 'Item too expensive'. I don't what planet that bidder was on.

It's just the way eBay goes at the minute in terms of feedback. I've got 200+ positives and a neutral when it was the buyers fault and didn't contact.

report him
and then report all his listings as copying etc and he'll get banned

repoerted him to ebay for wrong address and phone number on account and sent ebay an email to see if feedback can be removed.
in the help section it says this can be done.
