you would have heard some before

Why do we press harder on a remote control when we know the batteries are flat?

Why do banks charge a fee on "insufficient funds" when they know there is not enough?

Why does someone believe you when you say there are four billion stars, but check when you say the paint is wet?

Why doesn't glue stick to the bottle?

Why do they use sterilised needles for death by lethal injection?

Why doesn't Tarzan have a beard?

Why does Superman stop bullets with his chest, but ducks when you throw a revolver at him?

Why do Kamikaze pilots wear helmets?

Whose idea was it to put an "S" in the word "lisp"?

What is the speed of darkness?

Are there specially reserved parking spaces for "normal" people at the Special Olympics?

If you send someone 'Styrofoam', how do you pack it?

If the temperature is zero outside today and it's going to be twice as cold tomorrow, how cold will it be?

If people evolved from apes, why are there still apes?

If it's true that we are here to help others, what are the others doing here?

Do married people live longer than single ones or does it only seem longer?

If someone with a split personality threatens to commit suicide, is it a hostage situation?

To see if its not the buttons that are at fault

Why do banks charge a fee on "insufficient funds" when they know there is not enough?
Becuase bankers are wankers and believe it costs £25 for a computer to send a letter

Why does someone believe you when you say there are four billion stars, but check when you say the paint is wet?
Becuase it would take to long to count 4 billion stars, and it has no effect on my life where as sitting on wet paint would

Why doesn't glue stick to the bottle?
As mentioned above in a controlled state
Why do they use sterilised needles for death by lethal injection?
Becuase you don't want them to die of aids first

The same as the speed of light

Are there specially reserved parking spaces for "normal" people at the Special Olympics?
they are not special people, just challanged

If you send someone 'Styrofoam', how do you pack it?
Who wants styrofoam we want bubble wrap

If the temperature is zero outside today and it's going to be twice as cold tomorrow, how cold will it be?
To cold

If people evolved from apes, why are there still apes?
Becuase they evolved to suit there enviroment

If it's true that we are here to help others, what are the others doing here?
wasting our time

if the temperature is 0 C and it is twice as cold, the temp will then be -8.88889 C

this is achieved by converting the temp from C to F, then converting back F to C.

If you're talking about zero degrees in terms of absolute zero (the point at which molecular motion would stop), then, twice as cold as zero degrees is the point half the distance between the two, which is 136.575 kelvins or, as kelvins and degrees have the same magnitude, -136.575 celsius.

Just about to post the same answer !!! 0 deg. C = 273.15 K. There is no such things as a minus kelvin, because 0K is absolute zero.
