now i kno its a bit dated and every1 has it, but the GF still likes these:

Tiffany & Co
Heart Tag charm bracelet. Sterling silver, 7.25" long.

thing is, i bought one for a ex a few years ago, and she knows about it, but i think she till wants it.

i was thinkin of gettin it engraved to make it a bit different but not too sure wot 2 get

il probably take her out 4 a meal aswel 4 xmas etc so no callin me a cheapskate

Yea i think you should, no because its a bracelet and not a necklace around her neck, plus it just gives it that more personal feel! Just a option anyway
