i'm sure the std rev limiter and gearing will allow 117 (std wheels etc) or that might be on the F13....

Do the later x16xe's have 13's or 15's??? I swapped out my f13 for an early f15cr with longer final drive in my corsa..... it showed 130 on the clocks (but wasnt on std wheels etc, so wasnt accurate)

on the clocks...... is possible.... but will be about 115mph if the coppers were measuring it

there were two fitted tho. One with a longer final...

I phoned vaux and asked about prices of reconed boxes....

F15cr - 900
F15cr with longer final - 1800

most i managed in mine was, 125ish with 17's on the (motorway) private road early one morning, took a few miles to get there

just remembered that was on the way to linear Fisheries with my mate, i had a car full of about 150KG+ of fishing kit, the arse was slammed like 80mm+, explains why it took a few miles

no.......... corsa's in general are just gash unless they have a 2.0 upwards under the hood.

THe 1.6 16v is horribly restricted and slow as standard.
