I've wanted screens in my car for ages so I've finally splashed out
The amp is an Alpine MRD 501 as recommended by AndiSRI and the sub is an Alpine 12" Type R
Any comments?

Looks good but I think you should do something with the PS2 rather than just sit it in the glovebox. Its not as easy as the old PS2 though as the slimline one opens on the top doesnt it?
Wot screens are they? Looks good

Yeah could do something with the playstation but living in Swansea means I've got to be able to remove it otherwise it'll disappear
The screens are from http://www.tgincar.co.uk and they cost £200 for the pair

Nah I still get the interference but I'll just live with it until a proper in-car adaptor is released.
There's no way I'm paying £150 for an interference free invertor!

I'm using a 300w invertor from maplins but its causing some interference on the screens
TG incar are excellent and the quality is pretty good too, each screen has 2 video inputs as well so you could run a dvd player and a TV tuner

Didn't do the fitting myself, took it to a local ICE specialist and they charged £80 to install the screens and fit the sub and amp so not to pricey
I was thinking about wire-less contollers but that would mean getting cheapy third partie ones which I can't stand

The new playstation 2 is top loading so I would have to remove it everytime I wanted to change a game
Would a stealth shelf make that much difference? I wouldnt need it for security as I have tinted windows
