if not what should i be looking for, im looking for the cheapest best dvd player that can do the above. Went to asda as recommended by one of the boys on here and there was no mention that i can play .mpeg, .mpg .avi's

You know in the specification of the dvd player and it states for example...

Does this mean that it can play .mpeg's .mpg's as it has SVCD AND VCD?

both links u posted dont work! But id say get the one i said its cheap, but does the trick and has been very good, pic and sounds wise as well as features and all that shite 1
