Alrite peeps,
i am only a student so im not exactly stinking rich but i want my car to growl throughout the rev-range, what combination of back-box and induction kit will give me the meatiest roar?

ive heard that K&N and magnex are really deep sounds,

what do you guys have and what do they sound like?

scorpian exhaust on my gsi is mint...
On my 1.0 got a backbox an wasnt all that much different then got straight thru pipe welded in to remove silencer and is quite loud...

so do you reckon a pipercross induction kit and a 6x4" magnex back-box would make it quite loud?

Yes, drill your air box, allow water ingression and then your paper filter falls apart and gets sucked into your inlet manifold! Wooo!!

get a custom 1.5" pipe straight through, bye bye cat
scorpion back box at the rear

loud as fuck, thats what i doooooo, altho after being at clubs every friday and saturday and driving 4hrs home at 6am sunday the noise really fucks me off.

also if you do long journeys it can get very anoyying, and i get a ringing in my ears

my advice is to keep the cat and have a pipe straight through
another words remove mid box
