MTech do two kits - one direct replacement beam, one DIY kit.
As long as you've got an angle grinder, a welder, brake lines and some DOT 4 fluid, you'll be fine.

With the DIY kit do you use your existing handbrake cables?

The complete rear beam costs around £400. I sold mine for £40.

What's so confusing!?!?!?
MTech do a DIY conversion kit - £90
MTech do a replacement rear beam - £400+
If you get the rear beam, it comes with discs and calipers and all you need is a spanner to fit.
You can't go through life just hoping websites will have all the answers - speak to people directly and you get all the information plus sometimes you get special deals and better prices.

If you find it confusing, dont even think about trying to do the conversion.
