ISO = the wiring that comes with the car
Sony adpater - the bit that plus into the sony radio1

so its a wire with the corsa wiring plug on 1 end and a sony 1 on the other

Yes. Comes with all Sony Headunits.
One end has a female ISO connector, and the other end has the male form of the socket on the headunit.

no they push into the connector thats there
