I was on way to christmas do, went to pick someone up. Got lost so phoned him, he told me to wait and he would walk to where I was. So started reversing to turn myself to face the way out, and some woman was reversing out of a car space and went smack bang into the side of me.
then she starts trying to say she can smell I'd been drinking etc. All I'd been drinking was coke!

just trying to balme you thats all, its her fault, or atleast make out it is she has no proof u was drunk

I cant remember if I was actually still on the phone as I started reversing, would that count against me if I was??

Might do, because your not even meant to be on a phone when your driving Also could say you weren't concentrating

the police can check through your phone records too if they want 
Just say you put it on the passengers seat whilst moving the car

But even if I had noticed her and stopped she still would've gone into me cos the damage on my car was right in the middle.

when it goes through the insurance it will go against her as she was reversing onto the road !

deny all knowledge of being on the phone. say you finished your conversation, switched your phone off, as you were about to move away, then its all a haze after that. say you saw a look of malice on her face. say she did it intentionally and claim whiplash. send the bitch down
