If the pics are old, then surely the level of craziness won't change?

I dont see the point, how can you ever use that amount of power in a car like that?

no its not, a supra is designed with power in mind, the correct chassis setup, heavier, better weight distribution etc, a nova is designed to take old women to the shops so it will all be wrong to take that amount of power, but still 10000bhp in a supra is rediculous but quite so rediculous as the nova

The Nova was actually conceived as an all-out Group-B rally car to rival Fords R200 and as such, features a unique monocoque design bonded to a space-age one-piece tubular subframe with good old no more nails.
Then someone pointed out that if they made it slower and gave it letters like SR, then barry boys across Europe would embrace the little car.

theres pics elsewhere of when the engine was put together. some of the engineering that has gone into making that car what it is is fantastic.
who cares if its just stupid, its still a 615bhp nova and im my book, thats quality. its like the jap mobiles with over 1000bhp, they only do it to say they can make over 1000bhp, well a vauxhall lump can now make 615. marvelous if you ask me. not many cossie blocks pushing them figures

Lovely bit of rust on the inner arch, thats gonna need plating up ASAP with that kind of power before it tears itself to pieces

gsi steve - for a 1000bhp xupra lump or skyline, most of it will have been replacd, so by your logic, their not original either and also as equally pointless.
if he built it for the reason of saying, hey, ive got 615bhp, then regardless of how it drives, he has achieved it. i think its fantastic myself.
as for being incorrect???? about what exactly?

well it is actually a vaux block and head but yeah, everthing else is oretty much home made. like air box which runs to four seperate butterfly's like tb's with equal length induction tract etc. well made and thought out properly when built it

VMax have got a 450bhp Nova and a 750bhp BMW running a C20LET engine as they said a Cally/cav prop would not take the power
750bhp from a LET is impressive
