To be honest it does need a few things doing but would be a project for someone if they like this sort of thing!!!
He has spent a couple of Grand on the engine inc new turbo. But the head has gone yet again. He has also spent quite a lot on other bits.
The bodywork doe need some attention as paint is a bit flakey and cracked in some areas. Also someone has cracked the rear bumper for him!!
It does have about 8 months MOT left and is on sorn I think
It would need to be trailored away, can get pictures if anyone is interesed

He has said that the water seals around the bores and also the head gasget. Basically there was a rubber seal in the sump when taking off, so the above is really a guess.
As said before it does have new turbo, alternator, water pump, water belt, valves, valve seals, flywheel, rear discs, pads a calipers on rear, manifold gaskets etc.... all new bearings, piston rings. Comes with new front pads and wheel bearing but not yet fitted.
Car does run but lots of white smoke!!!
Looking for around £500 really other wise will take off a couple of bits and scrap the rest.
Also needs new windscreen

im a biggggg fan of r5's n i wish i cud hav one lol let alone a raider 
wish i was old enuf to hav one mate but im only 17 lol
an r5 turbo is cummin my way wen im old enuf tho lolol 
think that price is awsome for wot it is, even if it does need a few things doin to it

head gasket prob gone hence your white smoke but other than that dont sound bad at all, as said ideal for a project and at a decent price 2. wouldnt mind another r5 for a project only, not the best car to keep using daily as i did, lol. good luck selling mate
