yeah ive got one..really handy. not as much chance of getting is damaged like a cd. do it mate.
apparently on amazon u can get 128mb ones got £10

got one a few months ago for uni as it's much less hassle than carrying floppy discs about. handy for taking MP3's off mates computers as well.
well worth £15/20

Pretty good my mother has one for her laptop transferring files from it to her work comp till she dropped the laptop while it was in the usb port and smashed oooppsss

u'll need a card reader tho (for flash cards).
I would get a usb stick if you'd need it. Since i've finished uni i wouldn't have the need for one..
i usually uploaded my work and stuff to my uni webspace (small files tho).
