Im looking to colour code my door handles (outside)
And i was wondering if its really necessary to remove them..?
If so, is this difficult?

i think im gonna have a go this weekend also. ive done the lock on the boot which wasnt too difficult although when i first put it back on the boot wouldnt open and i ad to undo everything from inside the car.
looks pretty straight forward in the max power mod book

i was wondering the same thing about the boot lock....
Is this hard to remove/re-fit??

i would remove them because any spraying you do coul get runs and because you are painting a vertial surface you will get runs alot easier.. take em off
smooth them down then..paint them up
