Any ideas what it could be? Sounds to me like air coming from somewhere, its quite loud though. It doesnt do it when you rev the engine with the clutch down, only when its under load, and if you leave the clutch up at quite high revs when the car is decellerating, you can hear it then too. Not sure where it is coming from either, but i think its drivers side of the engine compartment.

sounds like something to do with the air intake, dunno much bout engines but prob around the throttle body area

could be a vacuum hose either split or not located where it needs to go......have a quick look around where you thik the noise is coming from for a loose hose.....or split hose
