£200 Spose to send me Clarion headunit, never arrived so said he would send me £200 back, BUT the post office were only going to front £100 "Insurancew" he would give me the other £100, every time I asked for details he never replied, then said he lost them now he hasn't been pnline and im skint and right pissed off ! Want my money back

Paul, how can you not know where he is based, you sent him £200.
I assume he's given you proof of postage to raise an insurance claim? Why was the item also not adequately insured?

He said sent recorded deleivery, I have asked him many times I have kept all my u2u saying can i have copy of the details he sent so i can push the claim, but he always says hes dealing with it and i never get anywhere !!

Surely then if worst comes to worst you could show someone that you sent the money and they could find him. eg the police. obviously if he has scammed you then he could just say you sent it as a gift unless you kept emials/u2us saying wqhat you were buying

hope you get your monies back Paul, i know what it's like to be ripped off thanks to Red_Sxi.
Did a shocking job on my car, I'm getting together pics and a letter from the bodyshop saying how crap his work is. Has cost me £300 so far just getting things fixed/resprayed.
