induction kits dont work on that engine, K&N dont list it as they loose power. However if you want to just make noise then yeah whatever

corsamatt, you are better off drilling your airbox, getting a K&N panel and a few extra cold air feeds. worked quite well on my 1.2, however, you woud get 0.3 extra BHP, but sounds really nice.

WHAT THE FUCK, YOU GUYS KNOW NOTHING....
I drilled the airbox on my 1.2 8v and got 15bhp difference.....
I fitted a max power induction kit and got 54bhp difference....
My corsa just beat a 1.6 sport off the lights with these mods
(soz, was bored......)

Define "work".
If they increase airflow, improve throttle response, give a nice induction note and offer longer filter life than OE paper filters.... they work.

Max Power filters are cotton-gauze.

K&N Dont list them?
Yes they do. Got one on my 1.2 8v (soon to be valver or turbo) and it freed up some power and gives a lovely induction note.

on the box, where it says 'increases horse power.' They dont, imo that means they dont work.

any inducton kit for the 1.2 16v 1.4, 1.4 16v, 1.6 16v (x16xe) and 1.5 + 1.7 diesel corsa b will fit the 1.2 8v iirc. You can honestly tell there was a power increase? or have you had it rr'd before and after?

So have you tested all 300 induction kits in the Pipercross range?
The filters gain power on virtually all applications over the standard paper element and airbox, if they lost power on our tests then we wouldn't release the kit.
