whats that like for space outside? do they have there own car park etc?

i was thinking F1 in Bolton but theres not really space for more than about 6 cars outside!

I'm hoping for 135bhp or possibly a little more out of a 1.4 on carbs will be getting it RR'd in a week or two anyway
