mat had one dyno'd at 240bhp had Zetec bottom end and sheet loads done to it, the shell started t rust so is in the process of dropping it into a XR2 Mk2 shell for Combe track car.

mines was strapped down the other week and pulled 198bhp, the one for sale does 200bhp!
there both extremely reliable as his fmaily are all mechanics and have been thoroughly looked after!!!

mate at work had a lovely 89 grey one. converted to 90 spec, with borbet c's
supposedly had 200bhp, but he span it on a roundabout and put it through a wall.

got a mate who knows shiiiiite loads about em, his name is sev and has his own unit making alloy parts for all cars. his xr2 kicks out 284bhp, and he's in the process of building a twin engined mk1, both 1600heads with 1.8zetec bottom ends, his has 1600 head with 2.0 zetec. its fast as fook i tell thee.
