Hi All,
I haven't been on here for a couple of years now but a lot of the old names are still around I see.
The arrival of my new son now means the Corsa has to go!
It was featured in total Vauxhall (Oct 02 page 82)
The car was professionally built by CarQuip UK about 8 years ago, I've had it since May 2000. and it's been almost faultless.
It's an L reg, Frost Blue, with a red top from an early MK2 GTE 16v on about 70,000.
It has Bilstein coilovers, front & rear strut brace.
Astra GTE 16v front discs with Green Stuff pads and a GTE rear disc conversion.
I have never seen another 5 door 2.0 16v but I guess there must be a few around.
The car looks almost standard, which was always my plan, lots of fun and doesn't attract attention.
I would hate to see it broken up, BUT, anyone wanting to convert their already (body) modded 3 door could use my car as the donor?
You would know you had all the parts and at the end of it could put the 5 door back together with your old engine and sell it as standard.
(just an idea???)
I'm going to trade it in locally for a Vectra Estate in the next couple of weeks so let me know if anyone is interested.
I honestly dont know what it's worth - an ideas????

I have been going into the dealers saying that I want to trade the car in for a Vectra Estate plus I have got up to £3k to add. They have been showing me different cars and telling me how much I would need to add. In money terms I've been offered a 51 plate for my car and 3k. The Vectra was on the forecourt for 5k so that sort of says that he valued mine at 2K I guess.

Hi All,
Passed the MOT today so it's got 13months on it. I'm going to take the best offer I get from a dealer next week but would rather see it go to someone on here, rather than end up at an auction. Its too good for that,
