ok i am about to made 2 box's for my momo polk subs and was giving them 2" clearance from the bottem of the box. the idea which i have is similar to this-
http://www.corsasport.co.uk/carimages/2121/100_0981.jpg
but if i use 3/4" mdf i might not be able to have it sitting level with the the boot lip.
would it be possible to use 1/2"mdf or would it simply not be strong enough???
need advice asap casue im dying to get this stuff going!!!!

make sure they are the rite INTERNAL volume, and it'lll sound perfect
i went over all joins and edges with fibre glass for that lil bit of extra protection. £7.50 for a complete kit from halfords, still got LOADS left, anough to do my next instal :d

lol. so long as you've got enough brain to cut some MDF and secure it together it cant go wrong
how are you feeding wires into the box? i take it your going to buy proper terminals, instead of just drilling a hole in the side of the box
