bought some L reg sport seats for my P reg corsa and the rear seats dont fit properly. the brackets are in the wrong position by a couple/few inches..ect. theres no way they will mount to my car at all. i thought they was all the same????

are the seat rails at the same point on both sides, if they are a few notches out they won't sit right, turn the seat upside down and look at how many notches are on the rails at either side if they are the same then the seat should just hook in at the front and be bolted down at the back

what do ya mean? i think front seats door cards front and rear are all ok and the rear seat where you sit on is ok just the back rest part of the rear seat doesnt match up properly.

and yes front seats are 2 or 3 notches out each side........
but i dont understand? i thought all interior was the same 93 to 00 or whatever it is? ive never seen anyone advertise interior saying the year of them and that they will only fit a certain year corsa.

there are two types, whole rear and 60/40 split, does that make a difference?

There are 2 types of rear seats... up to p reg was one and p reg on was another. Its the way the top section of the rear seats unclip/clip back. Older style was with a hole and a knob (excuse the pun:lol and the newer style was a slit and a rod (not much better!:lol but as far as i know there arnt interchangable, since one type has different brackets welded to the chassis to accomodate either type. Only way is if u pull the covers off the new ones and swap it over with the old seat... only the bit your back rests on tho all the others are exactly the same fittings
