Spent whole afternoon getting Special Licenses all silver and i end up with only a concept car with 240bhp, all that hard work for that 
Did others silver too, only good car is the Skyline concept when you get silver in International B i think it is.

on int B licence i got all silver except the last one and got a mazda concept car quite impressed but ive only done 6% so probs way better cars to find

mostly bronze for me too...think out of all licences only got 2-3 silvers..
only got special licence to do............

^^^ very true, take your time around some of the more complex parts and you'll be well within the 10 minutes bronze time.
Took me a fair few goes to get silver

that Mercf 190E is a fooking bitch the back end steps out all the time i was 3 seconds off a Gold though because i was really pushing it took me a whole day to pass it though
In the Special License you get the Race Version of the Merc 190E which is much much easier to control
