what do I need to make the gear linkage a direct fit on the box?

there is 2 methods one using a gearbox spacer where u have to extend the linkage, or the other method i believe is to shave something off the gearbox and use original linkage, sorry not a lot of info there but seen as nobody else has helped yet thought id share my limited knowledge!!!

Right the linkage needs to be cut and extended about 10mm do a search there is plenty on this, to avoid gettin a gearbox spacer grind the lip off the original mount so it fits flush with the F20 box
