some people prefere 15"'s and some 17"'s

15" s better handling, acceleration, looks better proportioned on a small car imo

15s- best for handling and speed but dont quite fill the arches
16s- not so hot for handling but you'll get used to it, fill the arches perfectly.
17s- shite handling, look to big on standard arches.

see i got 15" but i think i want some 17's is there much modding need doing to arches??

Keep the 15's....but drop it 60mm

biggest load of pap ive ever heard for handling u want to go for 19's mate offset et37 joke nah as ppl have said 16's r porbs best round size for looks whilst still retaining handling to be quite good, 17's imo aint to big but the handling is just crap.

if your fitting a body kit, you need 17's else it'll look shite, but if you have standard trim then keep your 15's else, again, it will look shite.

17s will look good with it lowered. not much work needed, unless you want people in the back lol

Handling is fine on 17"s.

I have enormous amounts of grip with mine and its so much fun to drive with hardly any understeer.

Also id hate to think how easy it would be to light up my front wheels with little light 15"s on there

I have driven a Corsa on all differant sizes of wheels & I have to say I definatley prefer 16"

Have to say, i have 17 inch wheels and handling is spot on, so balanced sharp and grippy, its a mazda tho lol
