Just was on my way to see a new car and i had a accident.
It was near morrisons the little railway bridge you go under near the scrap yard, well i was heading away from morrisons direction under the bridge, i went out the other side and there is a one way system which cars come round and join teh road i was on, now i assumed i had right of way but this huge jeep thing with a trailer on the back came came round without even looking or giving way.
There appears to be no road marking though although id of thought i had right of way as he is kind of joining on from a side street
help pls

erm he shud have give way but i think its more or less mutal as its not a junction is a slip road so he shud wait for a space before pulling out but thenm again its on the right hand side and you have to give way to your ritght but by the sounds of it this is a tricky one !!

So the front end of his car went into the side of you?
That would suggest that you were slightly ahead of him and assuming that there's no right of way, i'd say that's his fault as he should've given you right of way..
But don't take my word for it because i've no idea what road it is that your referring to.. Infact i've never even knowingly been to Darlo!
Good luck getting things sorted though.

If theres no road markings get down therE NOW with a camera and take photos of the road and junctions! Then put in a claim agains the council!! Its there fault for not putting markings on the road!
