Ok one bulb wont work on dipped beam? Why?

Now i thought just the bulb's gone, so got new bulbs still doesnt work? Works fine on the other side, and works fine on full beam? What could it be? checked fuses, they all seem ok?

I dunno what to try?

any body? i now know that there is no power getting to the metal connector for dipped beam.

On the headlights one is for dipped, one for full beam the other is earth, full beam works with the earth connection but dipped doesnt?

Im soo stuck? dunno what to try, i have also taken the switch out and pulled that forward inside the car? Cannot find any loose wires or anything in there?

yeah i have checked all the fuses, wires both inside by the switch and under the bonnet, thinking of running another from the headlight to somewhere else to test each section.

But where would the best place be to run the wire from?
