Yup! the guy asked to speak with a MGR and me mate said no. Cus hung up and called back, MGR said did you he said no i backed him up and the MGR told the cus to stop being silly!!!

The guy was shouting so loud, speaker was distorting on the headset!!!

So peeps are pricks to be fair!!

I had one guy who said give me 0% or i will cxl card. I said there is a letter in post confirming closure and thanks for the custom!!

He said i was only joking!!

I said you said give me 0% or i will cxl card it so its closed......

Ahh well!!! (he had to re-apply!!)

I have said Fuck 1nce.... lucky for me it was an elderly OAP with bad hearing!! I shat me pants!!!

I was shouting instructions.... and she kept saying sorrrrrrryyy lovvvvvvee me ears are bad!!! so i said FFS! and she said pardon love??
