bought one a while back, my engine build is nearly done now (x16xe with hopefully 150+bhp!)
just wondered how i go about fitting this:
is it just a case of vaccum hose to the top, and fuel in on the left and fuel out on the bottom?

Yes... So long as it is the same as most FPR's... You not got instructions? Also a good idea to get an under bonnet pressure gauge too for fine tuning...

u need the gauge to set it to the correct pressure for your application.

Just fitted one to mine. You need to take the old fuel regulator out which is attached to the fuel rail under the inlet manifold. put the new connector in then put a pipe from that to the fuel in on the FSE valve. Then a pipe from the fuel out, this connects to the fuel return pipe which you've just disconnected from the old regulator. then put your vacum hose from your manifold to the top of the FSE. then it's a case of fine tuning the valve. Hope that helps.

SBD sell the pressure gauge whihc just screws in the blanked off plug in th eback for £16
You can just add the fuel pressure reg after the current one as you are not likely to need to reduce pressure it's a handy fail safe should the FSE fail itself (it has been known)
Because the biggest contstriction in a circuit is th eone whihc causes the highest pressure.
Although I'd be more inclined to stick it on e-bay
