couple of people i have spoken to now says at the end of their policy they will be getting a years free NCB taking it to 2NCB after only 1 year of driving.
How do the insurance companies do this?
What insurance companies are offering this?
How do you become eligible for these offers?

Probably find only the company that offers you it will accept it come renewal - any other company will see it as only 1 year!!!!

You need to have passed you Pass Plus for this offer to work, your awarded a years NCB on your first insurance

well i went with more than car insurance had no no claims and at the end of the first year i got 2 and i didnt do the pass pluss course.
