can you not get alloys from a std clio same age to stick on. dont tell insurance, if worst come to worst plead ignorance and point out they are standard renault items.... 
better than steels with halfords wheel trims anyway

My insurance group told me my alloys had to be declared, but i dont have to insure them

i just said ive changed the alloys on mine cuz my SXi came with them as standard - in fact, id imagine Vaux ones are more expensice than the my aftermarket ones
