You lot slate a the corsa, from the old Nova (corsa a) corsa b which is the most common and now the recent corsa c and even the new corsa out next year..

But many will still go buy one, modify one etc.

But then many of you slate fords and citroens etc

Price i can see may be a factor as corsa's used to be and still are cheap for some models, then i can see why you slate the newer corsa's due to costing so much and at the end of the day its a corsa but prices due to inflation are much higher so a corsa for £10k is not actually overpriced.

What were your reasons for buying your corsa? (apart from being a chav :lol JOKE

silver one - needed cheap to insure 1st car, & it was nice for the £££

2.0 - Was a bargin. Went out in Desmonds TB'd corsa & I decided I had to have one

blue one - Was a bargin. Then I sold it on at a profit

I like em.

Bought mine because i wanted a sporty, well slightly good looking first car. The corsa suited that perfectly, and the Sport seats are still some of the best ive sat in.

well, i used to hate vaux cars, i owned loads of fords, xr2 on carbs, xr21, xr31 fezzy turbo etc....

then one day i drove past a car sales place and saw a carribic blue gsi, lowered on cav gsi alloys, looked mint, but couldnt afford it. then when i could , i got a grey c16xe gsi, blew that up, then got my current grey gsi.

best car ive ever owned, even tho it goes wrong all the time, doesnt handle as well as some others etc....

but i love it

I like mine too, I couldn't really ask for more from a first car, had a budget of about £1k for the car so I ended up with a base spec Corsa. The interior of the car is so much better than the competing moldels. A few friends had Saxo's and Fiestas. They also don't look bad on the outside either. Maybe a litlle slow, but something can always be done about that

cheap to insure first car.
lets face it what is there about for your first car, the old clios are are too dated mainly in the interior, then there are fiesta but aload of them aint even cheap to insure.
So ended up with a corsa, loads about so spares are easy to find if needed. Got a colour coded one so it didn't look as shit!

Got my first corsa for cheap insurance & also a good deal on the car...

Got my GSi as I've always wanted one since I owned my first corsa, plus it was free!

Still miss the old corsa though, soooo many memories with it!

Mate had a Corsa B, and i always liked them. They always looked nice with just a bigger set of wheels and a few little touches . Had that for about 18 months, and wanted something with more power, and a few more toys, so got My C. At the time when i bought it, there were very few updated SRi's with the extra bits and bobs, so it looked different to all the other SXi's going about .

Our family used to own a big Vauxhall garge in Glasgow so me and my brother have vauxhall in the blood so we had to get a corsa each, but it also helped that our uncle works in a vauxhall garage so we got the cars a bit cheaper!!
