Badly injured my left arm so can no longer drive a manual car is up for sale in classifieds. however;

I've got about 4k to spend on a new car, only real requirements are to be an automatic and cheapish insurance (so group 10 or below idealy) any ideas? suggestions? any makes i should steer clear of?
