Had the 1st proper play with the astra at the weekend..
was driving along when one of them porche jeeps came flying up the inside of me.. so the next few sets of lights we are side by side.. then we get to a long straight and we both booted it.. i pressed the phase 2 button and went to about 120-130 lepton per hour with the porche approx 1-2 car lenghts behind me... got to the next set of lights further down the road and he never loooked round once  i wouldnt of been 2 happy either 
last night on way home from cruise minding my own business when a 306 rallye came past me.. so i had to give a chase got in front of him came to next roundabout then i thought he gave up so im sitting in 3rd gear about 40mph then he fliys past me so put my foot down and i had turbo lag turbo lag spin spin boost boost... woohooo! started catching him flew past him with ease.. gets to the next set of lights had a chat with the guy he was really impressed at how i caught up with him.. he thought it was a valver hahahah!
had the second blast and he was in the rear view mirror all the way Mwuhahah! went right off the clock and then jumped on the brakes for my cutt off..
i knew LETs were fast but last night gave a whole new meaning to the word.. 
all in all i think im onto a winner with this car.. F28 in the next few weeks and rolling road next month see what im running..
anything about 230bhp i'll be happy

What he said. The engine code for the 2.0 16V turbos out of the Cavaliers and Calibras, is C20LET, so its got the nickname of being a LET .

weve fitted a new engine since buying it, it seems to be running fine now...a lil prob with the box which will be sorted soon

yeah foxy sometime soon maybe 
traction aint that bad if u can control it...
will spin in 3rd if u give it some stick round a bend.. 1st and 2nd will light up the tyres every time.. but im trying not to give it 2 much abuse
