they siad to me send this form back within 14days or your insurance will be cancelled, this was somthing like april 26th, got a letter 3weeks later saying i need to send them the info or they wont be able to insure me after 1st may.
so i had more than a month really to send it them. so dont worry if it takes too long to send off,

well post it in the main office if you can, i posted mine in the ltter box near the shops, and it was only collected at 6pm. this was at 7am too.
shit how they only collect once a day. so it took a few days for them to get mine, but i had already sent it the day before i got my reminder.

Dont mess about with adrian flux they will just cancel the policy. Adrian Flux are cheap but you need to do everything by the book.
As for what to put, just put fitted to car before you brought it but have a receipt for them from previous owner, and for the date put the receipt date plus a few days. Dont put yourself as you may find yourself liable in the event of a claim - not a great situation to be in!
