ok, ive got massive wheels on and the brakes look ridiculas, what shall i get, i want them slightly bigger, any ideas?

V6 Brakes should do the trick Gaz, have a look thru Help for mention of em.

Ive been told there a waste of time and money by a mate, whos a rally driver.
he told me id have to upgrade hoses and the main sero, cba with all that.
i was thinking astra gsi brakes or something, bigger and better, but are they any good on a corsa?

He might be a rally driver, but he dont know too much about this. master cylinder is more than up to the job of operating V6 discs and calipers. Might be spongy, but braided lines sorts that out a fair bit.
256x24mm brakes from an Astra GTE are good, half decent ATE type calipers go well on corsa.
Rear disc conversion is quite popular now, you have to use a setup from a previous rear disc car like an Astra.

I agree, braking will be better but the pedal will feel a little more spongy than if you stopped with your standard brakes. You'd get used to the feel anyway, i've driven a few corsas with the standard brakes, the feel thru the pedal is alot firmer than when you put larger callipers on, but doesn't really cause a problem.
