Ok guys my car is in the body shop having a body kit fitted, but when i went there today to see how they were getting on no-one was around so i went in to have a look at my car anyway! The front bumper is on but i think they fitted it wrong as i can get my fingers under the head lamp's..
The front bumper is a JAP front end the same as this.
What i want to know is if i cant sort it out how easy is it to repair the holes IE fill them back up with fiberglass and start again? .

If the bodyshop has cocked it up, just tell them to fix it

Don't give them a penny until they have the car sorted the way YOU want.

Go to the bodyshop and tell them that thier attempt of fitting the bumper is utter shit and they won't be getting a penny untill they do a proper job. Bodyshops will fuck you over too easily. Don't learn the hard way like.......

u say the crash bar has been removed or cut? i believe this is a common fault with this bumper as it does not fit without removing it or trimming it back
all of these bumpers fit quite bad, as they are all from a mould of a mould of a mould of a mould, i have seen be 3£ too wide or short and need cutting and lengthening just to fit!!
you can always build the area up to meet the light, so long as you get it right on both sides to match, and always check where it meets the side wing and arch as this is a common place for gaps
