ive had some door pods with 16cm alpine comps in them..they have been inserted with an mdf ring,

the pods are sprayed red..

i wana sand them down... and get them smooth...so i can prim and spray

where can i buy the stuff to do it?

what do i need all together?

you can get it from halfords. You will need 600 grit paper to start with as this is quite rough then build your way up to 1200 grit paper. You can also buy the paint from there in spray cans
