i wonder if they'd send you the parts then let you just keep saying, "i'll send the money in a few weeks, then keep letting you put them off for 8weeks and counting.

Depends if you told them that you had the money when really you didn't.

The biggest problem all along with these fitting kits has been companies saying they are ready to go when they are not. Everyone can have problems with suppliers but telling customers that the stuff is ready and then not posting it just causes real bad feeling.

I'm sure I'll get another threatening email from Will over this thread as I did the last one he spotted. My reply to that got ignored, as will his to this.

Its not my business until somebody says something libel, his business ethic is entirely his own and while the market continues to buy on price, the market will continue to fall foul of bad service.

The hubs and shafts Lee ordered in February arrived last Saturday. One set of hubs which were for me and needed in order to sell a Nova fitting kit i ordered then no longer needed, which they wouldnt give me a refund on! Lee is also still waiting on a power steering mount which was ordered at the same time I beleive.

Cossvaux are gonna go bankrupt, PVD all over again.

some have you may have read on other forums that cossvaux have gone under because theyve not been answering the phones etc due to them being in the process of them moving.

well they havent and here is the info from one of the guys who works for them.hes asked ppl to post this info on any forums they use just to let ppl know

"We've not actually moved yet, the problem we've got is that we had 4 lines on the 0114 2401140 number, but that's too many for me to answer on my own in the office, so I requested for 2 to be disconnected and just have 2 lines for me to deal with. They said this would happen but they've turned all 4 off! So now they've gotta do a reconnection to get them back on! So hopefully they'll be back on by tomorrow at the latest.

If anyone spots any posts about this problem on other forums can you just copy and paste the above to let people know what is happening. I'll be putting a message on our website later today"

Cossvaux sell Cossvaux fitting kits not M-Tec ones. LMF sell the M-Tec ones.
