Throttle Potentiometer Sensor (TPS)

just done paperclip test and this is what it came up with

its the sensor on the axis of the throttle! replace it

find where the throttle cable connects.

It will be an an axis in the other side of the hosing will be the tps.

Difficult to find a picture without knowing what car its on?

what engine?

on my x16xe its here:

my hand is at the place where the throttlecable connects, straight on the other side u see a black thingy, thats the tps

found it now but am i right in saying i need to take the whole inlet off to get to it???
