who would support it?
Horses don't like cars going over 20mph, so why do owners subject them to the roads?
is plenty of bridleways around
personnally i hate them

yes, because if not then i am a cyclist and i dont like cars going over 20mph. So they must slow down to 15 when they go past me.

yes makes me sick when the arrogant fuckers dont wave, if they dont wave i drop a first and burn out, gives them a bit of a fright!
Never forget the time i was overtaking a car down a straight bit of road, was doing about a ton and realised when i was longside the car a fucking horse was coming the other way, she musta found some brown stains on her saddle when she got back

I don't have a problem with horses, if you drive up near them, beep your horn and rev your engine, they do funny tricks and dance around on their back legs before lying down on top of their riders. Big fun.

to acknowledge that you've slowed down for them, is there any law to state that you must slow down for them? if so to what speed?
also it makes me mad that they leave shite all over the road and dont pay no road tax

i dont mind horses on the road as such, what i really hate is when they have a massive steaming turd and then just ride off. FFS in this country dog owners have to pick there dogs shit up why dont horses? When i was in poland they all carry special bags for it.

no tax, no insurance, no license, no MOT type testing to say they are roadworthy, they poo everywhere, they are owned by arrogant tw.ats who never say thank you when you slow down...
As 3CM says, there are plenty of bridleways... so why cant they use those?

Nope dont ban, sometimes riders have to go on roads etc and a good rider will always say thank you for slowing down anyway ...
and so what if they dont? Im sure you'd rather slow down and not be thanked, than speed up, spook a horse and have someone injured on your conscience

Country roads around me able to thrash it around suddenly a horse appears the smell of brakes to stop is nasty so theres my opinion haha
then push bikes - lately they just cut infront of you in slow traffic thinking they rule the road - mainly the road push bikes

In a horse box... on a path walking alongside... TBH I dont know and I dont really care...
I do know its fcukin dangerous for them to be walking along main roads when there are cars about!
