Is it just the belt and the pullys? And are they easy to change without fucking anything up on a c20xe???

Also whilst im doing that is there anything else worth changing?

Change the water pump too. The rollers and belt come in the kit.

also change the tensioner to block bolt, this did not come in my lmf kit but wasnt much from vauxhall

lmf kit? they do cambelt kits too? also heard that sbd do some sort of kit, which is best to get without breaking the bank?

If your tuning the engine, get an SBD kit.

If your leaving the engine stock, or if the engine has an early type timing belt set up, use the GM kit or a generic one from LMF or your local Motorfactors.

I find LMF one of the most pleasureable companies to deal with when it comes to vaux parts. IF I dont fancy main dealer price I always use them (My dad works for vx and even with his discount some parts are cheaper from LMF)
